Outrage is a good thing. It means you still care. For my daily outrage, stop by when you can.

Nothing Surprises Me Anymore
Including this "highly unusual directive" by the Bush II regime to curtail the authority of the next President, and once again effectively circumventing the Constititution of the United States. Priceless.

One Reason to Move to Michigan
I may have a new team to root for: the Kalamooz Outrage. I kid you not.

All in the Family
I wasn't sure how I felt after reading that RFK Jr. took the high road after Clinton's reference ... the fourth time she's done it actually ... to RFK's assassination. Since I know a little something about how such an event can alter history - whether it's an entire country, or an individual. My dad was in the Ambassador Hotel that night - involved in the campaign. He never returned to campaign politics.
Just glad to know there's some Kennedy outrage out there. Though not quite sure I should take the NYPost's word for it.

Seems like Yesterday
Returning to Cape Cod was a major deal for me. Kevin and I vacationed there a few times - and spent our honeymoon there.
I've been thinking about a golf school getaway since last fall - thinking south, either Florida or the Carolinas. So imagine my suprise when I get a solid recommendation for a school in Cape Cod. I had picked the time already - knew I wanted to get away the week before our wedding anniversary - we got married 17 years ago today.
The surprise was even greater when the school turned out to be in the same town Kevin and I always stayed. It was a great way to spend the week. A walked to the water each morning - and just let any moments of sadness come...and then go. I think that's progress.
Not sure I'm a better golfer - but I definitely have a better idea of what I'm doing wrong. And I think that's progress too.

A Time to....
Been away for the past week at golf school - the Jane Frost Golf School to be exact - and have not paid any attention to the news. So imagine the outrage meter after I read the latest from the Clinton campaign today.
Even giving her the benefit of the doubt - that her assassination reference had nothing to do with Obama - referencing anything that occurred in the 1968 Democratic campaign - quite possibly the lowest point in the party's history - is just plain idiotic and defies reason. And would SOMEONE please call her on the fact that Bill had his nomination effectively wrapped up in April, not June. The nomination "fight" was over after Tsongas dropped out in late March and Clinton won the New York primary in early April.
Then she compounds it by giving the bullshit excuse that she has "Kennedy on the brain." So concerned about poor Teddy. Beyond belief.
At least one good thing may have come from the remark: she can forget about any VP offer from Obama. One can only hope.
Seriously can't believe it's been a month since I posted last. Jeez.
